In Miluo Island, she and Cesar had a mutual love, but when she was to be married to Sequeira of the Bagshaw Clan, Cesar was left hearthbroken[1].
Later it turns out that she was pregnant with Cesar's child, much to Sequeira's anger[2].
She is eventually killed by Sequeira together with her unborn child after Sequeria's father had ordered him to end her life. While imprisoned she had been visited by Sequeira who told her that he had ended Cesar's life. In despair she told Sequeria that "Whenever I slept with you, I pretended you were Cesar!"[3].
This sentence infuriated Sequeira who killed her. However, she died with a smile on her face as she was freed from her sorry state.
