Count Juneau was the man who bought the first three sculptures that Linley Baruch exhibited. He's a man that values art greatly, especially sculpting. He has a very keen eye for sculpting, and was thus able to see the true value of Linley's sculptures.
He was one of the suspects for the disappearance of Duke Patterson, the younger brother of King Clayde.
